1. Does the Paint wash off?
  
   Answer:  No it does not.


2. How do I wash it?

   Answer:  Use cool water and a low dryer.

3. What color will the name be in?

   Answer: We will use the most complimentary color that we feel is the nicest.   However, if you have a particular color preference, simply write it in the "Special Instructions" box or contact us and we will be happy to do it the way you like.

4. Can I change a saying, ie. instead of "Grandma"- can it say "Grandpa" or "Auntie"?

   Answer:  Yes.  You can have any name or family member's name put on the item. Simply write this information in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" box which comes up after you click on ORDER CHECKOUT. You may also contact us by using
our toll free # 1-877-KIDDIES to discus any instructions or to ask any question. We will take care of it at no extra charge.

5. Should I be skeptical about using my credit card?

  Answer: Absolutely not.  Please do not be concerned about using your credit card.  Your card goes through a SECURE SERVER for your protection.  This protection does not allow outsiders to obtain your credit card information.

6. How soon can I expect  to receive my order?

   Answer:  We will ship your order within 3 days after it is received. For shipments outside of the U. S. we will contact you with the shipping cost prior to processing your order , for your final approval. For shipping in the U. S.the cost is $6.85.
